About Us
Engineered Comfort Systems (ECS) began in October 1987 as a continuation in the Los Angeles area of Hess, Greiner and Polland, a well known and respected HVAC manufacturers representative. Originally a joint venture between Snyder General Corporation and Lee Shults to sell products made by Snyder General (McQuay, American Air Filter and others) Lee expanded the product lines and became the sole owner in 1989. In 2007 Henry Chu became a stock holder.
Over the years the products represented by ECS have evolved but the company's nature has always been to offer “HVAC Product Solutions” to the industry by providing superior personalized service to the consulting engineer, end user and installing contractors. ECS is now in our twenty fourth year and looks forward to a future of continued service.
