 | Lee Shults, PresidentLee founded ECS in October of 1987. He has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, having worked in the field for nearly 40 years.  | Henry Chu, Vice PresidentHenry has been with ECS since its inception. He began his career in application engineering and then moved to outside sales. Henry became a partner in 2007.  | Arastoo Zahiri, Sales EngineerArastoo brings with him over 30 years of expertise in the HVAC business and has been with ECS since its founding in 1987. He possesses bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is system oriented with experience in Central Plants.  | Joe Finneran, Sales EngineerJoe has been in the HVAC industry for 37 years and has a vast experience as a mechanical contractor and manufacturer representative. He is a disabled veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division.  | Michael GoreMike is a BSME graduate of Purdue University and has been a top producer with York and later JCI. Mike was hired by York International directly from college and after six months training he was sent to work in their Los Angeles office.
