ECS Support Staff

Our support staff personnel are helpful, friendly and competent. They can assist with accounting issues, order questions, and parts requests.

Sue LaVoie, Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant
Sue was hired in 2007 to consolidate all files into electronic format. She has worked in the HVAC industry for over 20 years and is the key contact for all questions concerning accounting, office procedures, lien releases, or general office administration. Sue is married with two children and one grandson. In her spare time she enjoys walking, hiking, camping and working with non-profit organizations.

Judy Dykes, Sales Coordinator and Parts Administrator
Judy has been with ECS since 1996, and she has worked in the HVAC industry for over 26 years. Judy has one son and three grandchildren. She enjoys reading, antiquing, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Judy is the prime contact for all parts requests and order information.
